Vinyasa Flow is Yoga in a sequence that improves strength and mobility.  In this class we will link our breath with movement while moving from one pose to the next. 

The beauty of this class is that each Yogi can make it their own. If you’re looking for a good burn and to accomplish a new challenging pose, push through with the instructor to reach new levels of Yoga poses. 

However if you’re looking to calm your mind and provide your body with a restful practice- the instructor offers gentle modifications for any advanced poses. 

This 60-Minute Vinyasa Flow will exercise your lung capacity, reduce mental stress, increase your blood flow and help you build your strength.
