Vinyasa Flow

with Sunny Castro

Vinyasa Flow is Yoga in a sequence that improves strength and mobility.  In this class we will link our breath with movement while moving from one pose to the next. 

The beauty of this class is that each Yogi can make it their own. If you’re looking for a good burn and to accomplish a new challenging pose, push through with the instructor to reach new levels of Yoga poses. 

However if you’re looking to calm your mind and provide your body with a restful practice- the instructor offers gentle modifications for any advanced poses. 

This 60-Minute Vinyasa Flow will exercise your lung capacity, reduce mental stress, increase your blood flow and help you build your strength.

WEDNESDAYS

Kid’s Yoga, 3 to 5 year olds

with Sunny Castro

This 30-Minute class will introduce your little one to the basics of Yoga! We will use FUN and POSITIVE ways to teach your children how to use their bodies for intentional movement and stretching.

While this class’ primary focus is movement and exercise, we will incorporate a small lesson with each class on how to handle BIG FEELINGS in healthy ways.

WEDNESDAYS

Kid’s Yoga, 6 to 9 year olds

This 45-Minute class will introduce your little one to the basics of Yoga! We will use FUN and POSITIVE ways to teach your children how to use their bodies for intentional movement and stretching.

While this class’ primary focus is movement and exercise, we will incorporate a small lesson with each class on how to handle BIG FEELINGS in healthy ways.

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS

Hatha / Yin

Yoga is great for your physical and mental health. Come give yourself some time that is completely focused on you… you deserve it.  This slow-paced stretchy practice; with focus on proper alignment, is suitable for most. The adaptive style consists of controlled movements focused on posture and breath, with gentle stretching. Great for beginners or any skill level.  Let’s move together, breath deeper, and feel better

Private Therapeutic Yoga

with Tara Hayes

1:1 and Small Group Instruction tailored to meet the needs of the individual. This 55 minute offering promises includes breathwork, meditation, movement, stretch and relaxation.  You can expect to learn the practice of yoga in its purest form and begin to develop your own personal practice. 

  • 1:1 session – 55 min $80 
  • Small groups – 5 person minimum $20 per person
  • Couples – $40 per person
